St. Jordan’s Amber Ale should be ready the first week of February, just in time for our good friends Tyson and Sarah Guthrie to taste when they come in town!

I started with a basic Irish Ale malt and added some extra Amber powder malt extract to add body and color. Finished it off with a touch of Vanilla. It has been pretty lively in the carboy the past day or two, looking forward to bottling in a little over a week.
